Description
Mission-critical multi-network contract SIM card designed for reliable communications in the event of single network failure. Connects to 4 UK networks automatically.
Use
For business customers only. For alarm and access control systems in ControlFreq hardware only, deployed in the UK and EU. Not suitable for intercoms or door entry systems, as voice calls on roaming SIMs are costly.
Allowance and fair usage
Per SIM, per month: 100MB data, 50 minutes of voice and 25 SMS. This is a monthly threshold; unused allowance does not carry over. We monitor usage and, if a SIM breaches it, give 30 days' notice to investigate possible faults. If usage is still over after the notice period, the SIM is suspended and you are notified. We take no responsibility for a service suspended after notice, so please make alternative arrangements (for example a third-party SIM not managed by ControlFreq) to avoid disruption.
Price and terms
£120 + VAT per SIM per year. Your first 12 months are paid with your order, then we set up a GoCardless direct debit mandate to bill subsequent years.

WebAlarm is optional. It logs fire, panic, intruder, leak and equipment-failure alarms in real time, alerts on mains power, battery and signal loss, and posts to your Slack channels by default. It also takes Contact-ID and SIA-DC09 signals from devices made by others.
