DELIVERY POLICY
Control Freq Ltd have a dedicate focus on efficient shipping services. All orders are sent by a tracked service and require a signature. Tracking is provided to the customer following an order and up to date information is provided throughout the course of the delivery. Any delays in shipping will be reported automatically to the customer. Any UK orders not shipped within the agreed time frame are refunded in full. International orders are subject to conditions outside our control and cannot be refunded however every possible effort is made to minimise delays and customers are kept well informed at all time.
