Sometimes called, GSM auto-diallers, are designed to instantly detect and report alarm signal activity to key stakeholders, utlising the mobile phone networks.
The communicator uses a multi-network global-roaming SIM card, for maximum inbuilt redundancy, to communicate instantly in the event of a critical event such as fire, panic or intruder. The notifications can be sent over multiple modern communication paths like SMS, voice-call, email or WebAlarm® web-based monitoring software by ControlFreq.
Based on the type of alarm being monitored, there are a number of options to ensure mission-critical communications are handled effectively. These include battery back-up, self-monitored SIM connectivity and event logging.
Whatever the requirements to monitor any remotely-located system, ControlFreq have a system available off the shelf or for OEM customisation.

WebAlarm is an independent, web-based alarm monitoring software which allows installers to monitor real-time device connectivity while also event logging and reporting instant alarm conditions by SMS, voice and/or email. The WebAlarm platform integrates with all Control Freq alarm auto diallers thus enabling users to take greater control over alarm monitoring ability. Retaining this control over real-time event communication by simple and universally adopted communications paths is liberating.
