Advanced Cloud configuration and system management for professionals. 

Think of the ControlFreq Cloud Portal as the weapon in your arsenal that gives the edge over competitors using half-baked versions provided by other GSM solution providers.

This is serious device management with both Web browser and smartphone app versions that works over GPRS, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G & WiFi. It doesn’t generate an SMS string to send. It communicated directly over data communications to the web server and syncronises with all other devices in real time.

With inbuilt user heirarchy, it also allows multiple users to access and manage the same devices while keeping all settings in sync between the differnet user profiles.

The user heirachy feature is what enables installers to provide managed services directly to the end customers for an annual fee, making the system a revenue generating opportunity.

For an annual fee, ControlFreq will also provide this service to the end customer. 

Of course, end customers who are comfortable with technology can also choose to self-manage putting them in the driving seat with regards to managing their own users and event logs.

On sign up every account is allocated a 'free' plan which includes 35 credits. With 1 'credit' single or multiple settings can be changed. If changes are batched, for example, once a fortnight or month, 35 credits could last over 1 year. When credits are used, packages can be purchased below to continue using Cloud management.

MANAGEMENT PLANS 

When more than 5 devices are added to an account, a device management plan is required. Management
plans include a bundle of usage credits,  allow more than 5 devices and provide advanced features.
PLEASE NOTE: If the same users need uopdating on multiple devices, they must be updated on each device.

Alternatively, to manage the same users on multiple devices simultaneously,  theBuilding.Cloud Building Manager Cloud Portal can be used. This provides an advanced layer of user management and 3rd party hardware integartion to enable multiple users and systems to be managed under a single interface.
